Autumn is here, and with it comes a whole new season of ways to connect, create and look after our wellbeing together.
After a summer spent walking, talking and showing up across Greater Manchester, we’re looking forward to slowing things down, getting cosy and making space for creativity and connection.
There’s currently a 4-5 month wait time for our 1-to-1 therapy service.
Whilst you’re waiting, we’ve created a number of ways you can stay connected and supported in the meantime..
