Are you a fan of Lip Sync Battle?

Then join us all at the Pride version on the eve of this year's festival.

First 50 people to donate will receive a free £20 bar tab at this pre-pride fun event.

Manchester’s Printworks is turning up the volume this August as the city‘s premier entertainment destination prepares to celebrate Manchester Pride with its first ever Lip-Sync showdown.

Ready to ‘Pound the Alarm’ on bad performers and ‘Just Dance’ with those who manage to slay the mic, the event will be hosted at Manchester’s favourite adult playground, Bingo Balls, where battlers should prepare for an unforgettable night of drag performances and lip-syncing battles to an outrageous line-up of pop classics, power ballads and guilty pleasures.

Free to attend but raising funds for George House Trust and Manchester Pride Community Fund via donations, the Lip-Sync showdown will be led by four epic Drag Artists - Barb , Imani Versace , Goodie Magnum , and Violet Vogue . Performing as Dolly Parton, Cheryl, Nicki Minaj and Lady Gaga

Respectively, they’ll be encouraging guests to sashay their way to the stage for either a solo number or as a member of their team and ‘fight for this love’ in true Queen style to see if it’s ‘all takin’ and no giving’.

Hosted by popular Manchester compere, Chris Dresden, lip-syncers will be joined on stage by disco ball performers and fabulous backing dancers, guaranteeing a fierce battle of the icons as the city comes together to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community.

The lip sync showdown is free-to-attend but guests need to register for tickets to guarantee entry here , which also guarantees entry into Bingo Ball’s giant ball pit! Donations to George House Trust and Manchester Pride Community Fund when registering are fully encouraged with additional donations welcome on the night.

To get the party started, Printworks is giving away the first 100 tickets for FREE and the first 50 tickets including a £5 donation will receive a FREE bar tab worth £20! To claim, visitors simply need to add- on the bar tab as an additional item when they purchase their ticket to claim the freebie.

Doors open at 7pm, with special drink offers including 2 cocktails for £12 and half price fish bowls until 8pm, while visitors can also download the Printworks app to earn extra bonus points when they attend the event and redeem a free Jammy Dodger shot with their first round of drinks.
