2023 has been a landmark year for Pride in Leadership, a dynamic network championing LGBTQ+ business leaders across the UK. The organisation, spearheaded by Matt Haworth of Reason Digital and Claire Ebrey of On The Level, has hosted an array of impactful events, featuring a stellar roster of speakers such as Bev Craig, Juergen Maier, Helen Hardy, and Mark Fletcher. Additionally, training sessions led by Sam Malone and Anna Marsden were highlights, offering valuable insights and knowledge.

A notable achievement of the year was the successful launch of a fully funded leadership development programme tailored for LGBTQ+ leaders, underscoring Pride in Leadership's commitment to nurturing talent within the community.

Looking ahead to 2024, Pride in Leadership is not resting on its laurels. The organisation is set to introduce an array of in-person and online events, including the continuation of its leadership development programme. National Event (Online) - A Conversation with Matthew Cornford from Queer Lit: Scheduled for 24 January 2024, this online event will feature Matthew Cornford discussing Social Refuge, Manchester's vibrant new queer space, and the home of Queer Lit, Europe's largest LGBT bookshop.
