Get ready for a festive and enriching evening at the Strength in Community - Christmas Networking and Panel Discussion, set to take place in the heart-warming ambiance of Manchester Metropolitan University's Manchester School of Art - Benzie Building on November 22, 2023. The evening boasts an impressive lineup of speakers:

Alex Whinnom: A pioneer in the trans civil rights movement with Press for Change and a former CEO of GMCVO, Alex is now channeling his vast experience into choir leading and advocating for economic and environmental reform. His journey offers a tapestry of inspiration and resilience.

Harvey Kennedy-Pitt: As a scientist and public health practitioner, Harvey brings an international perspective to addressing health disparities. His focus on communities of colour and sexually minoritised identities promises to shed light on crucial issues and spark meaningful dialogues.

Georgia Williams: Representing the dynamic voice of the youth, Georgia, a genderqueer lesbian studying history and politics at Manchester Metropolitan University, will share her unique insights. As someone who navigates multiple disabilities, her perspective is not only enlightening but also deeply empowering.
