Setting UP & Running an LGBT Employee Network – Tuesday 26th Nov, 5.30pm

Employee networks are becoming more commonplace across the construction and engineering industry, but how do we make sure they can fulfil the needs of LGBT+ employees while balancing company requirements, values, and goals?

Homes England – Establishing a Network

Jacobs – Importance of authentic leadership

Pinsent Masons – WEI journey

This is followed by a panel session focused on intersectionality and how different diversity networks can learn from one another.
