Award-winning chocolatier, Cocoa Cabana Ancoats, will look to make evenings fabulous again with boozy cocktails, Drag Bingo, and a boujee brunch to cure the hangover that they may well have given you the night before. 

Hosted at the Ancoats store, the venue is a chocolatier by day and a sexy hide away by night, where the resident disco ball never stops spinning. 

A one-of-a-kind destination in the Ancoats neighbourhood and famous across the North West and beyond, Cocoa Cabana Ancoats is a self proclaimed chocolate palace, serving handmade chocolates, dreamy cakes, 25 different types of hot chocolate and even chocolate cocktails.

By day, Cocoa Cabana Ancoats operates as a chocolatier and tearoom, serving the famous Cocoa Cabana chocolate afternoon tea, breakfast, brunch, bottomless afternoon tea, hot drinks and of course any of their boozy offerings if you wish to indulge in some daytime fun.

Guests can delight at the scrumptious cake counter, offering gorgeous cakes or the chocolate counter with its dazzling array of artisan chocolates and sweet treats. 

Meanwhile, Cocoa Cabana’s popular boujee brunches are the perfect recipe to cure any morning hangover, add a signature Bloody F***ing Mary to the mix and you have all the ingredients needed to salvage the day. 

For a lighter option, diners can opt to try a variety of summer salads that can be washed down with the homemade hustlers lemonde. 

Finally, no visit to Cocoa Cabana would be complete without a Cocoa Cabana hot chocolate made using the secret house blend, with 25 flavour combinations to choose from including the irresistibly smooth and indulgent Cocoa Cabana Special, finished off with delicious toppings such as homemade award-winning salted caramel. 

By night, Cocoa Cabana Ancoats is transformed into a decadent cocktail bar, complete with glittering cocktails and the music to match.

The brand new cocktail menu includes sexy spritzers, choctails and summer coolers, with Cocoa Cabana having an ever changing cocktail menu to suit the seasons and diners never being too sure when a timely special will pop up on a chalkboard.  

The cocktails which are all served with a Cocoa Cabana cheeky twist, include the following selection of cocktails; Rhubarbalicious, For the love of lychee, The Ancoats Sour, Hugo Girl, For Plums Sake, Easy Feeler, From Russia with Love, Porn to be a Star Martini and the Bloody F**king Mary

Providing one of the coolest playlists in town, Cocoa Cabana offers the perfect soundtrack to sipping sessions and will play host to a DJ every Saturday from 4pm with a host of live music also starting in the coming months.

Making sure Friday’s go off with a bang, Cocoa Cabana has introduced Drag Bingo, a thrilling night of games, questionable prizes, surprises. With the next event taking place on Friday 27th August, expect sass galore. Tickets are available via Skiddle or on the door. 

Cocoa Cabana Ancoats also hosts cocktail making classes, tasting nights and chocolate making classes for parties, occasions and corporate events.

Cocoa Cabana was recently selected as one of a handful of independent chocolatiers across the UK that Cadbury has urged the British public to support following the reopening of the high street, post lockdown. 

The famous chocolatier prides itself on the vast selection of chocolate creations on offer at the two sites, along with being widely popular online for those who can’t make it into store, with the handcrafted chocolates being available to order for gifts, celebrations or to simply treat yourself.

The online offering includes boxes of chocolates, birthday and wedding cakes, and gooey, small batch brownies directly to your door.

Cocoa Cabana operates two sites, with the first in Didsbury, followed by Ancoats.
