George O’Hanlon live at Gorilla
George is a new 21 year old singer songwriter and recent EMI signing with debut EP out July this year.
A quiet young man who appeared alone on stage with guitar without fanfare and drew us in with delicate melody and lyrics that made you listen intently. His voice has a surprisingly disarming maturity and he clearly has much more to offer in future performances, very much looking forward to seeing him again at Deaf Institute 17th November.
Gorilla has a great intimate feel which was perfect for this style of performance.
Stephen Fretwell, is another acoustic performer, and clearly had a lot of committed fans present, the place was packed and each song was greeted with gusto, lyrics shouted out, some singing along and a lot of banter with the audience.
Spellbinding guitar playing and an astonishing vocal range, with many pin drop quiet moments to fully appreciate every word and note. Audience participation, fans onstage singing and George O’Hanlon with a guest appearance at the end. Great time was had by all.
Do get along to see both of these artists very soon.
Can’t beat live music.
