General sale tickets are now on sale for An Audience with Danny Beard at the Albert Hall, Manchester, on Friday 18th September 2026. Danny Beard joins forces with the English Musical Theatre Orchestra for a spectacular one-night celebration of Broadway and West End classics.
Fresh from a string of landmark television appearances, including winning RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, competing on Britain’s Got Talent and captivating the nation in Celebrity Big Brother. Danny Beard brings their trademark powerhouse vocals, razor-sharp wit and irrepressible stage presence to one of Manchester’s most beloved venues for an unforgettable evening of live performance.
Danny will be joined on stage by the English Musical Theatre Orchestra, a 25 piece ensemble of exceptional musicians fresh from their acclaimed UK Tour of Some Enchanted Evening. Together, they will perform a dazzling programme of songs from Broadway and London’s West End, drawing on beloved classics from The Rocky Horror Picture Show, The Little Mermaid, Rent and many more.

Danny Beard is one of the UK’s most celebrated drag talents. After honing their craft on the cabaret and club circuit and competing in Karaoke Club: Drag Edition, Danny entered and won the fourth series of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, making history as the first ever bearded queen to be crowned in a RuPaul judged franchise.
In 2025, Danny entered the Celebrity Big Brother house outside of drag, and their warmth, openness and quick wit resonated with viewers across the country, earning them a second-place finish and a whole new fanbase.
Since their coronation, Danny has hosted their own BBC Three aftershow for Drag Race UK, appeared on Hollyoaks and The Traitors Uncloaked, and co-hosted The Gossip Gays podcast and fronted their own show on BBC Radio 1. They have also shared the stage with Graham Norton at London’s O₂ Arena.
On stage, Danny is a force of nature. Their acclaimed show Straight Expectations played to packed houses across the UK and earned multiple five-star reviews at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
