Wolfpack exhibition

Wolfpack exhibition

From Manhattan to Manchester: Three acclaimed New York artists have chosen to stage their first exhibition outside the U.S. as part of Manchester Pride’s 2012 celebrations.

The painter Scooter La Forge and photographers Walt Cessna and Krys Fox have exhibited together as the Wolfpack Collective in New York and individually in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Earning themselves an extensive following of fans and collectors who include celebrities such as Debbie Harry, Iggy Pop and Nicki Minaj.

As artists, they share an uncompromising perspective on urban living and gay sexuality and their work questions perceptions of beauty in the built and natural world as well as in the human form. All three will be flying to Manchester for the exhibition and it is a coup for the city to be presenting the first showing of their work in Europe.
