Rosie Novel launch
we are holding for the launch of Rosie Garland's debut novel 'The Palace of Curiosities'. Rosie is from Manchester and is perhaps best known for her work as Rosie Lugosi the Vampire Queen.
Rosie will be discussing her novel, a strange and visceral tale of life in a sideshow in Victorian London. It's a melting pot of magical realism, Victoriana, sexuality and lush prose and I think it's BRILLIANT. HarperCollins got the rights in a furious bidding auction and it's one of their biggest debuts of the year.
