Candlelit Vigil 2011

Candlelit Vigil 2011

George House Trust organise the official close of Manchester Pride 2011 with the Candlelit Vigil.

The Vigil offers a space for people to reflect, remember friends and partners who have been lost to HIV in a calm and poignant fashion with a minutes silence.

The event was supported by a number of recognisable people and groups including Jackie Crozier, Les Pratt and the MGLC while Jonathan Mayor encouraged the crowd to shout that they where Loud and Proud and that 'It get's better' to all those listening on Radio.
