Boost from LGF
It’s officially Spring, despite the snowy weather, and if you’re having a spring clean of your home, why not do the same for your body and mind?
Looking after your mental wellbeing is incredibly important. Did you know that if you identify as LGB or T, you’re more likely to experience depression or anxiety at some point?

Exercise is intrinsically linked to mental wellbeing, so if you want to get out and about more why not join a local sports club or take part in a physical challenge for The LGF.
