1. DEFINITIONS
The following definitions apply throughout this document:

- CONDITIONS: These standard terms and conditions of sale.

2. CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CANAL-ST VIP CARD MEMBERSHIP USAGE
- Offers:
- VIP Card offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
- Offers are for the cardholder only and cannot be transferred. You may be asked for ID.
- Read offer details carefully. Some offers have restrictions on dates, times, menus, or group sizes.
- Some establishments require pre-booking. Always mention your VIP Card when booking.
- For walk-ins, present your VIP Card on arrival and when paying.
- Company Rights:
- We strive to keep information on canal-st.co.uk accurate but cannot guarantee it.
- Establishments reserve the right to refuse a VIP Card offer in exceptional circumstances.
4. DELIVERY
- Physical Goods:
- We send physical goods by standard mail to the address you provide.
- If you haven’t received your goods, contact us through canalstmanchester@gmail.com with your order details.
- Digital Goods:
- Digital goods are typically delivered immediately after purchase via email or download link.
- If you have problems accessing digital goods, contact us through canalstmanchester@gmail.com.
6. LEGAL JURISDICTION
This agreement is governed by English law, and both parties agree to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

We are not liable for any losses arising from errors or omissions in our offers or information, unless caused by our negligence. Our liability for any other loss or damage is limited to the price you paid for the goods.
