PRIDE IN OUR FUTURE

Earlier this year Manchester Pride promised to consult with Greater Manchester’s LGBTQ+ community into the future direction of the Manchester Pride Charity. They are now inviting you to provide your views on our grant making policy and the future developments in the format and delivery of Manchester Pride Festival.

Named ‘Pride in our Future’, the process will be overseen by research agency Mustard who will be coming onboard as an independent and unbiased evaluator. Mustard will formulate the research methodology, collate, analyse and evaluate all the data independently, before reporting their findings back to Manchester Pride's board of trustees who will be assisted by an independent advisor to review the findings and make recommendations for the future of Manchester Pride.

A summary of the results will be published by the Board of Trustees together with an action plan later in the year, which will shape the direction of the charity in 2022 and beyond.

The purpose of this review is to listen carefully to our community and other stakeholders, and to seek their views on the outcomes and impacts of the Manchester Pride Charity. This is an opportunity for the LGBTQ+ community to give Manchester Pride their valuable feedback on everything from grant making to the format of our Festival.

To find out more and to have your say please visit: https://www.manchesterpride.com/prideinourfuture for the many different ways you can provide feedback. Please share this as far and wide as possible so we can ensure as many diverse voices are heard.
