Manchester calling returns to Bar Pop for 2019

Manchester calling returns to Bar Pop for 2019

The event first arrived in Manchester in 2016 and has grown into a bi-annual affair, with loyal Eurovision fans attending from all over the UK and Ireland.

Mr D’Arcy, your DJ, will play all your favourite Eurovision requests, music from the various Song for Europe shows, including the Swedish mega fest that is Melodifestivalen.  Add to this, exclusive remixes and covers, and you have a magical night of happy, euphoric music.

There will be over seven hours of entertainment on offer, with a showing of a Melodifestivalen semi-final and the Karaoke Song Contest, in which you can take to the stage and sing.  Then, it’s straight into five hours of pure unadulterated Eurovision disco.

This year, our good friends at Bar Pop have given us the use of their refurbished Basement Bar, meaning more tickets are available.

Tickets are priced at £7.  Members of the OGAE can be buy tickets at £6

More information on the event and how to buy tickets can be found  via the link below and keep up to date via the Facebook group.
