Jack Slimming World

Lockdown has challenged all of us in so many ways and many have taken the opportunity to make major changes to their lifestyles.

We have details of one such personal journey.

The Brewers Manager Jack Buckham has lost 4 stone with Slimming World and as a result, is now launching his own Slimming World group based on Canal Street itself.

Over the last months, Jack  has fallen in love with food optimising, cooking and is now feeling better about himself again. As a result, Jack has trained as a Slimming World Consultant and starts his own group in the heart of the Gay Village at The Brewers on Tues 6th July at 6pm.

“This Group will be safe, fun and a welcoming place. where everyone can make their weight loss dreams come true with no judgement, just loads of understanding and support!”

Booking for the new group is essential with current social distancing guidelines still to be in place to comply with current restrictions.
