Grafene

Grafene

Style and Substance.

Grafene is a fine dining experience. Open for just over a year now, your experience begins with a very warm welcome by friendly staff. The decor is modern and stylish. Delicious food and an extensive wine collection make for a very memorable experience. The restaurant is a little off the beaten track and so check the website for directions and menus; you will not be disappointed.

The food is simply amazing, the scallops to start were the best I've ever had, a lovely steak well cooked with amazing new potatoes, a lovely side of breads which were delicious with cheese and butter, the best dessert I've had in a long time was the dark chocolate moose with cherry sorbet, having just dined at the French last week and can easily say that grafene is up there with the best restaurants in Manchester.

All food is freshly prepared and whenever possible, locally sourced. if you are in possession of a Canal St Card, a 20% discount on food is yours. Highly recommended and will definitely be going back.
