Updates relating to Legends site?

Statement from Julian Lyons...

There has been a lot of speculation about the future of Legends, The Outpost and the Hotel International.

We know the building has been sold and that the new owners are keen to sign up a new hotel operator after demolishing the building. Canal St asked the current occupiers about the situation and we are told that the end of the year looks like the end of the era, but that nothing is yet set in stone.

We'll bring you more news as we get it.

Here is whats proposed.  .http://www.placenorthwest.co.uk/news/archive/11038-hodder-unveils-motel-one-plans-for-piccadilly.html

Here is a new Facebook group formed to oppose the development.. Click here.
