After 9 years at the venue I have decided to sell up as I no longer have the time with other new projects coming online.

low rent 13.25K
low rates 4.5K
large outside area
recent refurbishment
in the past the turnover has reached 300K
2 years left on the current lease with the right to renew under the tenancy act.
I'm looking for offers around 60K
for the equipment, fixtures and fittings and goodwill.
The landlord will probably require a bank reference and trade references.
