The Queers are revolting

The Queers are revolting

Instigate Arts takeover the People’s History Museum for their Radical Late, presenting a night of creative, queer activism and art with Greg Thorpe, The Penthouse, Kate Keeper & more.

Austerity MEASURES: It measures class, it measures race, it measures gender, sexuality, ability and if you don’t quite make the grade you face the cuts. Cuts to health care, cuts to education, cuts to housing, cuts to basic support. Cut backs are intersectional and as the LGBTQ+ community find itself disproportionally affected some of Manchester and Salford’s most rad, creative queers subvert the gentrification of Pride. Pride is political.

THIS IS A PROTEST! invite you to an evening, an event, an experience. It’s radical and it’s real, because the QUEERS ARE REVOLTING!
