The Molly House

The Molly House - Progress Continues!

With a few action-packed days left to go, The Molly House opens its doors (partially at least!) on Saturday 4th December. With a flurry of activity currently underway, the Stag has been mounted (on the wall of course!), the Crow has been caged, our three Bears called Ginger, Black and Kodiak have arrived - these are real ales by the way! The curtains have been hung, the plants planted on The Veranda, and all the other intricate placements of knicks-and-knacks that make it a homely place to visit. So "The Bordello" will be ready for business, but due to some uncontrolled delays in the supply and installation of Gas Mains, "The Tea Room" on the Ground Floor will open its doors a week or so later.

A private gathering takes place beforehand for family and friends of those who have been involved in the arduous task of reconstructing the building, the design and fit out - some fit builders by the way!  Due to continued delays with the installation of mains gas supply, part of the building will be closed to the public until the installation is complete and food service can be provided.

We look forward to welcoming you all upstairs in "The Bordello" @ The Molly House on 4th December from 9pm.
