Supersonic raises over 9k

X Factor winner Sam Bailey showed off her baby bump as she supported Manchester Pride's glitzy fundraising ball 'Supersonic' last night.

Sam, who is four months pregnant, was the star performer at the charity bash, held under the wings of Concorde at Manchester Airport's Runway Visitor Centre.

She wowed guests with songs including her number one hit Skyscraper and ballads from her debut album which topped the charts on release last month.

Many of us remarked that her voice was better live than on recordings.Always a great accolade for any artist.

And she told us that singing under Concorde is the most unusual location she's ever performed.

Great too were openers Twisted Tubes and the highly energetic Felix Hagen & The Family.

Host Lee Peart pulled the whole thing together ably.

This wonderful evening was polished off with a dj to keep guests partying until the early hours.

All monies raised from the raffle and auction will go into the Manchester Pride Community Fund.

JUST ANNOUNCED OVER £9OOO RAISED ON THE NIGHT..WELL DONE TO EVERYONE.
