Royal Exchange and Trans Awareness

This resource can be used in connection to the Royal Exchange’s 2014 production of HAMLET or as a standalone resource in PSHE. It has been created with Key Stage 3, 4 & 5 pupils in mind, but many of the activities could be adapted for use with younger age groups.

The purpose of this resource is to: Raise awareness about trans identities; Explore some key terms and uses of language around gender and sexual orientation; Begin to explore issues around equality.
