Queery for Sparkle

Queery for Sparkle

Q: When is a quiz not a quiz?

A: When it’s Queery.

This new event from the team at Gay Agenda Radio uses the tried and tested format of the panel gameshow to look at issues facing the LGBTQI community of Manchester, and the world at large. This 1 st Queery is a Trans takeover. Two teams go headtohead for the glory of Sparkle.

We will be taking inspiration from the mainstream TV and Radio panel gameshows which so frequently leave no space for anyone other than straight cis white chaps. We intent to make this show very queer.

Entry is free, but we do ask for a small donation on the door to aid us in putting on the event, and to enable us to give back to Sparkle; a charity which has done so much good for the community.

The event takes place on Thursday 6 th July 2017 and starts at 9.30pm in the downstairs performance space at Tribeca, in Manchester’s Gay Village.
