Pop Curious invite you to Bag it Up

Pop Curious invite you to Bag it Up

The Spice Girls released their planet-conquering debut single 'Wannabe' back in the summer of 1996!

Everything was fine and dandy until Ginger decided she'd had enough and left the band. Cue unconsolable tears from teenage girls and gays worldwide... BUT THEN.

Geri Halliwell unveiled her first solo album (and magnum opus) 'Schizophonic' in June 1999, claiming the number one spot with three of the four singles released from it!

To commemorate these magnificent pop happenings, we're celebrating 18 YEARS of Solo Geri and 21 YEARS of the Spice Girls at our 'Bag It Up' Disco at Aatma on SATURDAY 24th JUNE!

Expect to hear all the hits from Geri's solo career (as well as 'Half Of Me'), plus all the best Spice Girls singles and album tracks too. We'll also throw in some solo Bunton, Chisholm, Brown and - of course - Beckham, just for good measure. It's going to be a A Proper Spice Fest (but not the unfortunate kind you see in and around Piccadilly Gardens - the good kind).

Aatma Saturday, June 24 at 11 PM - 3 AM
• Doors 11pm until late.
• £7 entry (pay on the door).
• *FREE* Spice Face Masks / Pop Props / sweets on the door (first come, first served).

Do not miss this.
