Manchester Arena to stage only show in north of UK as The Truth About Love 2013 European tour rolls into town

P!nk will bring her The Truth About Love 2013 European tour to the Manchester Arena next year for her only show in the north of the UK.

Tickets for the Sunday 14 April concert go on sale this Friday at 9.00am, priced £39.50 & £46.00.

Returning to the Manchester venue for the first time in four years, the US singer-songwriter will be performing tracks from her latest album, The Truth About Love, alongside the hits Get The Party Started, Just Like A Pill, Trouble and Family Portrait.

Known around the world as one of the most captivating live performers of her generation, P!nk’s Funhouse and Summer Carnival tours in 2009 and 2010 saw the global superstar perform to over 2.9 million people over 194 dates.

April’s show marks the chart-topping singer’s eighth performance at the Manchester Arena since her debut in March 2004, making her second only to Kylie Minogue for most number of performances by a female solo artist in the history of the venue.

Since her debut in 2000, P!nk has released seven albums (Can’t Take Me Home, M!ssundaztood, Try This, I’m Not Dead, Funhouse, Greatest Hits So Far!!! and The Truth About Love), sold over 40 million albums, 65 million singles and more than one million DVD’s worldwide. In addition, 15 of P!nk’s singles have reached number one.
