Violet Hospitality has launched its debut site the Urban Cookhouse.Located at 54 Princess Street,this stunning new venue is in the former shipping warehouse situated in central Manchester on the edge of the Gay Village.

Violet Hospitality is owned and run by local restaurateur Tim Coulston. Tim is looking to shake things up by introducing some exciting concepts of his own into the North West’s food and drink scene.

Urban Cookhouse is a downtown restaurant, bar and lounge serving eclectic fusion dishes at the table and shaking up some exquisite concoctions behind the bar. The restaurant will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, with the lounge offering a relaxed space to enjoy music and drinks into the night.

The urban New York loft style of the restaurant will provide the perfect setting for a business lunch, a leisurely dinner or simply cocktails with friends after work.

Manchester’s restaurant and bar scene has seen fantastic development over the past few years and I believe the Urban Cookhouse will be an excellent addition to Princess Street.”
