Who we are - StartupOut a not for profit organisation set up by Alex Rowley and Lee Frater - two out business people with a combined experience of 15 years in business.

Speaking to LGBT+ business leaders we quickly realised that there was a need for dedicated support services for the community. StartupOut was created to solve this.

We will help you make your business dreams a reality. Our aim is to encourage people who have a passion for something and feel they would like to turn their idea into a business, but may perceive difficulties due to their sexuality or gender definition.  We are here to tell you that if you’re idea is good enough and you are determined enough, nothing will stop you. We will do this through a series of workshops, inspirational articles with successful entrepreneurs, talks, meetups and eventually an online training platform.

Show your support by following us on twitter - @StartupOut and liking us on facebook.com/StartupOut

So if you’re interested to hear how we can help or feel ready to make your business dreams a reality, then contact Alex or Lee on 0800 808 5688 or email hello@startupout.org for more information.
