Gay Village prepares for Easter Bonnet Parade and Royal Wedding

This Easter sees the very first Gay Village 'EASTER BONNET PARADE' with entrants from many of the venues taking part.

The parade takes place on Easter Sunday 24th April from 2pm,starting from VIA meandering its way through the  entire village for an hour.

Its is anticipated that each venue will provide a bonnet in the hope of winning the title BEST BONNET 2011.

Judging will take place at Sackville Park at 4pm were BBQ and refreshments will be on sale.

This represents the first such event organised by the Village Business Association and its success is anticipated..
