A night PACKED with performance, drag, poetry, music, comedy, storytelling, the fresh and the unpredictable.

STARRING: The legend that is GERRY POTTER-POET, divas with depth THE EGGS COLLECTIVE, Manchester's swanky swing trio THE BOBBYSOCKS, the award winning story teller on very strong drugs - comic JACKIE HAGAN and the greatest idiot TV presenters ever unknown - the fabulous DICK & DEBS, the housewives' choice!! PLUS, of course, TIMBERLINA, our very own missy eco-warrior extra-ordinaire.

Hosted by our very own MRS JON-JO and JANA KENNEDY aka TALL & EARNEST, and featuring the toweringly sumptuous SHEELA BLIGE on the weave bar and organising the tombola, and PJ Hardly on the wheels of steel! Bar open til midnight, it's Mother's Friday night treat. See you on Friday 6th December!

Mother's Ruin is currently looking for emerging queer performance artists from the North West to take part in 'Who's Got The Max Factor', part of Queer Contact 2014 on Friday 7 February 2014. £250 will be awarded to the winner as voted by the audience and judges on the night plus a guaranteed paid gig at Mother's Ruin in 2014.
