Join us for a fun FREE workshop for lesbian and bisexual women, exploring EFT. Emotional Freedom Technique (or EFT) is an easy to learn self-help tool to bring about relaxation and calm. It involves tapping on acupressure points on the hand, face and body whilst tuning into stress or pain in the body.

In this 3 hour workshop you will:

- Learn what EFT is and where it came from.

- Learn how you can use it to calm down, relax, and cope with stressful situations in your daily life.

- Learn the tapping points so you can tap for yourself.

We will be doing lots of tapping so you can experience its effects.

We live in a very stressful world. Our everyday lives are very demanding and can often lead to high levels of stress and sometimes burn out. We need to have healthier coping strategies. We need to be more aware of the stress in our bodies and be able to respond sooner to prevent burn out and illness. EFT is a tool for self-care. It is easy, effective and has no side effects.
