Canal St Radio launches

Canal-St is running a series of trial radio shows over the next few weeks which can be heard, by on demand on podcasts, via the Spreaker broadcasting website and on the Canal-St Sessions Youtube page.

The shows are being fronted by our very own Billie-Jean and aim to bring discussions and interviews to the listener around current LGBT topics, issues and events.

The launch show, listen here, is all about the Pride House Manchester initiatives and features an interview with Lou Inglefield, from Pride House International. Lou discusses how the Manchester House started, its goals and why it was necessary to have the Houses through-out world cities rather than in Sochi for the Winter Olympic 2014.

On the opening night of the Sochi Games we vox-popped visitors to Pride House Manchester and asked why they had attended. Have a listen to hear their comments and views.
